FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
''How well do I remember my own first journey to Peru! Waiting for my flight in Kennedy Airport in New York, not understanding a word of all the Spanish speaking persons surrounding me, I could only hope that my pick-up in Lima – a chaotic city of nine million I read; I would arrive just after midnight – would really wait for me in the arrive hall…
If Lima is chaotic, so is its airport. Hundreds of people were still waiting in the arrive hall, all shouting and offering transportation, accommodation and tours to the young man who didn't know what to do: run away from all the attention, search for his pick-up, or close his backpack with dollars, credit card, passport, Discman and some cookies falling out. He decided wisely for the last option, found his pick-up immediately afterwards, nearly got a heart attack in Lima's somewhat lively traffic and was lucky to meet some fellow travellers whom had the same flight to Cusco the next morning. How much better I felt!'' PLEASE ASK!
